THE GEO ACADEMIES MISSION is to EMPOWER students to ACCELERATE their academic pathways to ADVANCE their social mobility and ACHIEVE their career and life-long goals.
GEO Academies empowers students to become lifelong, motivated learners through high academic expectations and a values-based approach. As a result, GEO students have the opportunity to earn an associates degree or career certification by the time they graduate high school – Paid for by GEO. In addition, GEO students earn thousands in educational scholarships. Our academic model begins in kindergarten. We believe in providing a K-14 education with K-12 dollars. Our model has been proven successful and includes more than just a strong curriculum and college opportunities. It requires teachers that are motivated and impassioned to support the GEO model and their scholars to prepare them for college and career beyond high school.
GEO believes that teachers are the foundation to a successful model. We provide job-embedded professional development that empowers our teachers which in turn, ensures the success of our students. It takes more than just Professional Development – the well being of our staff is also very important. We provide competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for bonus.
